McAfee taking unauthorised payments from my account- why?
McAfee has charged my account 89.99 GBP without any prior notification/ email. How can I claim a refund from McAfee? I saw now that McAfee had charged my account for 3 years and I even don’t know about these charges.
Let me tell you that the renewal system of McAfee is really the worst. They will charge you but don’t tell you, after holding for hours their customer service team told me that you don’t qualify for a McAfee refund. The experience of McAfee is really horrible.
My uncle is 78 years old and he is not able to handle the computer but his credit card has been charged for the last 2 years continuously. Auto renewal of 180 pounds has been deducted from his account. How do I apply for a complete McAfee refund?
I have noticed that my credit card has been charged £59.99 for a renewal that I had not requested. Please can you arrange for this to be refunded? The subscription I have is due to end on the 5th June 2021 and I don’t intend to renew as other providers are providing a more comprehensive and cheaper service.
I think I have been charged twice for my renewal. I followed instructions for renewal following an email but subsequently realised that auto renewal was switched on.
Two payments have been taken, one for around £70 and one for over £100. I only wanted the 1 year renewal (the £70 one).
Please could you refund the other payment, I realise this is my mistake but I hope you understand what has happened and can sort this out easily enough.
I have contacted McAfee back in April and then again in May stating that I did not require the protection for my laptop and I did not want it automatically renewed. I asked you to not hold my card details. I have not had a response. I am expecting a full refund of the £89.99. Thank you.
