How do I cancel my Norton subscription and get a refund?
I am sharing this with you regarding my automatic renewal which I was billed for on the 1st May 2021 despite the fact I received one e-mail stating that a completely wrong date and year (1st August 2020). I want to request a refund but have been hung up on every time I have made it through to your support team as soon as I mention I want a refund.
My subscription last year was £39.99. The renewal subscription this year is £94.99. My bank blocked the payment, presumably because it was such a big increase. Please can you reconsider this increase or I will change to one of your competitors?
