How do I cancel my Norton subscription and get a refund?
I am sharing this with you regarding my automatic renewal which I was billed for on the 1st May 2021 despite the fact I received one e-mail stating that a completely wrong date and year (1st August 2020). I want to request a refund but have been hung up on every time I have made it through to your support team as soon as I mention I want a refund.
I have just noticed that you have taken £74.99 from my account I asked last year after this happened to stop as I no longer have the computer.
As been a pensioner I can’t afford to pay that amount and that was the reason for stopping it, well I thought it had been done. I got rid of that computer early last year. I’m hoping that you may be able to sort this out.
