Why Norton Cancelled my Utilities Premium Subscription?
I have just been on a chat with Norton because my Norton Utilities Premium was disabled after I mistakenly canceled my auto-renewal on my 360 Premium
I re-enabled the auto-renew but was told to pay £29.99 for a new subscription. Disappointed.
Norton has no complaints system and all I was offered was to share my wonderful experience on this site. It would be good if someone can help me to fix this.
