Why Kaspersky Security rejected my refund of £65 for a renewal?

My uncle’s account was renewed automatically without any consent, I complained on his behalf but no action has been taken yet. My uncle is 72 yrs old, he can’t use even his computer. Please help him to get the refund immediately.
