Why did Norton refuse to refund me £89.99 for an unwanted subscription renewal?
My account was charged £89.99 before three months and I had a request to Norton to refund my amount but after few days I got to know that my request for a refund was rejected for unknown reasons. Can you explain why?
Please could you help with the cancellation and refund of all money paid for my account?
I have now noticed as you have sent me a card that you have taken money out of our account for a few years without permission.
You have taken money out of our account on the latest transaction on the 7th June 2021 for £94.99, we received the card on the 13th June 2021 to say you have been trying to contact us. This is the 1st card we have received.
I would therefore request an explanation and a full refund to the account asap.
I saw Norton deducted £95 from my account but I have never used the service. I’m not sure where it’s coming from. Is it possible to trace back the account from my bank details to cancel? Or do I have to report it with my bank?
My credit card got charged and I don’t even know, how could you charge without asking me? Absolutely not happy with Norton service.
