How do I remove a device from my Norton account?

I want to remove a device from my account which is not in use, how can I proceed because my 5 device quota is already full and I want to add some new devices to my existing account but it says quota full.

I want to remove my Norton 360 and want to re-install but there is some problem with the Norton RnR tool. How do I solve it?
