I have a valid licence but Norton keeps telling me I’m not protected, why?
I have bought a Norton 360 Deluxe subscription which is valid till Nov, 2022 and it is installed on Windows 10 but it always shows me a message that you’re not protected. When I check on my.norton.com it says 5 devices are protected, but it always show in popup “trial subscription has expired” and I have never downloaded a free trial. Please help me to fix this issue.
