How do I cancel my Norton subscription and get a refund?

I am sharing this with you regarding my automatic renewal which I was billed for on the 1st May 2021 despite the fact I received one e-mail stating that a completely wrong date and year (1st August 2020). I want to request a refund but have been hung up on every time I have made it through to your support team as soon as I mention I want a refund.

I have been charged for a subscription I didn’t realize I had. I would like to cancel and have a refund as I haven’t been using the service and also not working due to covid19.
